Deliveries within Germany:

Delivery times
The delivery time for shipments within Germany is usually 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), but in some cases it can take up to 5-7 working days.
In case of advance payment, the receipt of payment is considered as the beginning of the delivery time.

Packing
The goods are dispatched in discreet packaging.

Other
Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
We currently do not offer delivery to packing stations.

International deliveries:
We ship worldwide. The delivery time for international shipments is usually 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), or there is a specific delivery time for the product. In case of prepayment, the receipt of payment is considered the start of the delivery time.
